Abstract

45Ca uptake in the duodenum and femur of mouse has been studied following heavy parentcral dexamethasone administration and after prior fluoridation. It has been observed that whereas dexamethasone administration does significantly impair 45Ca uptake, prior fluoridation of the body does not.
