Abstract

This article had set the objective to consolidate the literature regarding late blight and also to find out the trends related to the same. Plant Disease is the journal with the highest number of publications. Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions isthe journal with the highest citation and co-authorship linkages. Nature is the journal with the highest average citations. The most active country is the USA and Luxembourg is the most productive country with the highest average citation. Washington State University is the most active organisation with the highest number of publications and co-authorship links. Laboratory of Phytopathology and Wageningen University were the organisations with the highest number of citations. Plant Research International is the most productive organisation with the highest average citation per documents. The most active author is Fry. W.E. with the highest number of publications; Knowles N.R. with the highest number of co-authorship links; Kamoun S with the highest number of total citations. The productive author with the highest average citation is Cano L.M.
