Abstract

This chapter discusses the foundation of every effective education, regardless of the subject, course, institution, student's age, or degree of education. Millions of teachers, administrators, and even parents are interested in learning how to make their efforts at child raising and education effective. Pedagogy, the study of teaching methods, including the aims of education and the ways in which such goals may be achieved. The field relies heavily on educational psychology, which encompasses scientific theories of learning, and to some extent on the philosophy of education, which considers the aims and value of education from a philosophical perspective. Finally, the solution is addressed here. The secret of the most effective—100% successful—teaching methodology is uncovered. The chapter consists of two parts: the first is general, it re-emphasizes the classical approach to ideas related to motivation and is available in literature. The second is more focused and is formatted as an interview. It reveals the techniques of Creative Pedagogy, which is renowned for its astounding success rate that has been demonstrated at all educational levels. This essay, in contrast to standard research papers, chose a hybrid writing style that combines a narration with an actual conversation (a dialog). Reader participation in our conversation is encouraged.
