Structural parametric model, structural diagram, matrix transfer function of electromagnetoelastic actuator are obtained. Using the obtained solutions of the linear ordinary second-order differential equation for the actuator and the equation of electromagnetoelasticity, the generalized structural parametric model of the electromagnetoelastic actuator is constructed for nanodisplacement in chemistry and biochemistry research. The effects of geometric and physical parameters of electromagnetoelastic actuators, as well as external load, on their dynamic characteristics are investigated. The structural diagrams and transfer functions of piezoactuators are acquired for the calculation of control systems using piezoactuators. A generalized structural diagram of the electromagnetoelastic actuator for nanodisplacement in chemistry and biochemistry research is constructed. The matrix transfer function and the structural diagram of the piezoactuator for the transverse, longitudinal, shift piezoelectric effects are obtained from structural parametric model.
