Reporting a Mini Review on Protein – Protein and DNA/RNA – Protein Interactions in Biology

Protein – Protein interactions and DNA-RNA hybrid interactions together with DNA/RNA-Protein
interactions provide a major key to the research in cancer biology. Some of the proteins like RNase
H1 interacts with the DNA-RNA hybrid with hybrid binding domains instead of direct bind to the
DNA/RNA. Protein like DHX9 prevents the telomere instability and Interactions between NONO and
SRF1 are required to prevent telomere fragility during DNA replication.
